Delivery Information

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order being placed.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (flat rate) – £14.99

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.

Large or fragile items (such as body kits or carbon fibre parts) may require pallet or specialist courier delivery. We’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm delivery arrangements if this applies to your order.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Returns Policy

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • You’ll need proof of purchase
  • Custom or made-to-order items (such as bespoke steering wheels) are non-returnable unless faulty

To start a return, please email sales@the-hangar.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, send your item back to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be held responsible for lost returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
